ESF Enrollment

ESF students are selected by lottery based on interest expressed in Approaching Stanford forms in June.

A lot changes from June to September, but students who are still interested in ESF can request a change. Be certain you've confirmed that the unique 7-unit schedule, including the Friday plenary lecture (at the same time and place as ESF 50), will work for you and fit with your other autumn plans!

For instructions on requesting ESF changes, please see here. ESF enrollment is managed by COLLEGE and you will submit a request for a change just as if it were a COLLEGE course.

ESF 50

Non-ESF students may enroll in ESF 50 to receive one unit for attending all plenary lectures.
